Sales Driver – Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restriction/code for the company vehicle.
• At least 1–2 years of driving experience, preferably in sales, delivery, distribution, or field operations.
• With a clean driving record and good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.
• Familiar with Metro Manila and/or provincial routes and capable of using Waze/Google Maps.
• Experience in sales, product delivery, route selling, or customer collection is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable dealing with customers.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• Able to handle cash collections, sales invoices, delivery receipts, and other documents accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading products when required.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection and troubleshooting.
• Trustworthy, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet daily sales/delivery targets.
• Willing to travel and work long hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Must be willing to undergo driving test and background checking, if applicable.

Preferred

• Experience as a Sales Driver, Delivery Driver, Van Salesman, Route Salesman, or similar position.
• Familiarity with inventory, stock handling, collections, and daily sales reporting.
• Good customer relationship-building and selling skills.
• Experience handling a company vehicle and accountable company products/cash.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
