Title: Sales Education Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Education team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including responding to inquiries and resolving cases.
• Execute product orders for classes and educational programs, and maintain class records across multiple systems.
• Manage daily ticket sales data, perform accurate data entry and updates, and support education reporting and strategy.
• Review and process educator expense approvals while supporting In-Store Education and the broader Education team.
• Create and maintain selling tools, including class flyers and related materials, and complete additional administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly **Excel** and **Word**; Salesforce and SAP experience are highly preferred.
• Experience or comfort with data entry, multiple systems, and maintaining detailed records.
• Professional and confident in an office environment, with the ability to spend most of the workday using a computer and standard office equipment.
