What they need

About the Role

Card Integrity is seeking an experienced, organized, and personable Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist to support our growing B2B sales team.

This is a unique, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching sales professionals, improving sales processes, and helping a team operate more effectively.

You'll work directly with company leadership to support three experienced and developing sales professionals, each with different needs. Your responsibilities will include providing individualized coaching, maintaining the sales pipeline in HubSpot, analyzing sales activity, and identifying improvement opportunities.

This is not a traditional sales management or quota-carrying position. You won't be responsible for making sales calls or directly managing employees. Instead, you'll serve as a trusted coach, resource, and operational partner to the sales team.

We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable providing strategic sales guidance and rolling up their sleeves to handle day-to-day sales operations.

What You'll Do

Sales Coaching & Support

  • Coach sales team members on prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and sales techniques.
  • Review sales calls, emails, and outreach activity to provide constructive feedback.
  • Help team members develop consistent sales habits and improve performance.
  • Build positive relationships with experienced salespeople and provide guidance without direct management authority.

HubSpot & Sales Operations

  • Maintain and organize sales pipeline information within HubSpot.
  • Assist salespeople with CRM updates, deal tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify stalled opportunities and ensure important customer follow-ups aren't missed.
  • Improve CRM organization, reporting, and overall sales processes.

Sales Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyze sales activity, pipeline trends, and performance metrics.
  • Identify common objections, sales challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend strategies to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to company leadership.
  • Assist with sales training, onboarding, and process improvements as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales management.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or training sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and pipeline management.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and influence others without direct authority.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with hands-on administrative support.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration.
  • Background in complex B2B sales involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Experience supporting a small business or growing sales organization.
  • Previous experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales leadership.

We value relevant experience and transferable skills. Candidates with strong CRM experience who are willing to learn HubSpot are encouraged to apply.

Why Join Card Integrity?

  • Flexible Part-Time Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate personal commitments.
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the United States.
  • Meaningful Work: Help an established sales team improve performance and achieve its goals.
  • Supportive Environment: Work directly with leadership in a collaborative, relationship-focused organization.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

If you enjoy helping salespeople succeed, improving processes, and bringing organization to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
