Sales Enablement Executive

ACCOMATION.IO is a fast-growing fintech SaaS company automating invoice data entry and accounting workflows for CAs, firms, and businesses. We're hiring a Sales Enablement Executive to build and lead our sales training, QA, and coaching ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver onboarding & certification programs for new Sales/Demo Executives.
• Conduct product, process, and sales methodology training.
• Review sales calls and demos; run QA scorecards and coaching sessions.
• Build sales playbooks, SOPs, scripts, and knowledge base content.
• Track KPIs (QA scores, conversion rates, ramp-up time) and report to leadership.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success, and HR.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in Sales Training, Enablement, L&D, or Sales QA within B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales lifecycle.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Preferred: Tally ERP exposure, SPIN/Challenger selling knowledge, LMS content experience.
