Sales Enablement Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & deliver sales onboarding and training programs
• Conduct product, process & sales-skills training
• Review sales calls/demos and manage Sales QA
• Coach sales teams to improve performance & conversions
• Create Sales Playbooks, SOPs, Demo Scripts & training materials
• Track training effectiveness, QA scores & sales KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support & HR

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of SaaS Sales Lifecycle & Customer Journey
• Experience in classroom & virtual sales training
• Excellent communication, presentation & coaching skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
• Strong documentation, analytics & reporting skills
