Sales Engineer – ACMV

About the role

This role involves managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and accounts, promoting and selling ACMV/HVAC equipment and solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, develop potential accounts, understand customers' technical requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. You will prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on sales enquiries, work closely with internal technical and project teams to support customers, maintain good customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and accounts
• Promote and sell ACMV/HVAC equipment and solutions to customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop potential accounts
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales enquiries
• Work closely with internal technical/project teams to support customers
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC equipment sales
• Experience in cooling tower sales will be highly preferred
• Candidates with HVAC project engineering or pump experience may also be considered
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence
• Must have own vehicle for work purposes
