As a Sales Engineer (ACMV), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and grow assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales development initiatives.
• Respond to sales enquiries and provide appropriate sales and technical support to customers.
• Visit customers at their offices, workplaces, and project sites to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor market trends, including competitors’ pricing and activities, and provide relevant market intelligence to the team.
• Coordinate and follow up on site-related matters with customers and relevant internal parties.
• Assist in monitoring customer payments and following up on outstanding matters.
• Perform other sales-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in ACMV equipment or related mechanical engineering products.
• Knowledge of pump systems will be an advantage.
• Class 3 driving licence to support customer and site visits.
