Sales Engineer (Audio Visual & LED)

About the role:-

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to support the expansion of our Audio Visual and LED business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth across targeted market segments.

💰Basic salary + allowance + commission: RM4,000 – RM10,000+

What you'll be doing:-

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the professional audio-visual market to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with system integrators, consultants, dealers, and end-users.
• Promote the company’s portfolio of professional AV brands through impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.
• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to overall business objectives.
  Represent the company at industry exhibitions, roadshows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by Management from time to time.

What we're looking for:-

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development; experience in the Audio Visual, LED, or IT industry will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  *(*Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

• Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share

• Demonstrates both hands-on sales execution and strategic business thinking

• Immediate availability or short notice is an added advantage
