Qualification - A Bachelor's degree or Diploma Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.

Sales person will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities Switches, Safety & Sensors.

The primary objective is to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and build lasting relationships with key clients, including OEMs, dealers, and large end-users in sectors such as steel, logistics, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve annual sales targets for Pan India customers.
• Conduct training & presentation for customers & sales team based on product & applications.
• Should have good understanding of Products, application and market segment
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through customer visit, networking, industry events & exhibitions
• Coordinate with Principal Companies and internal sales, purchase, SCM teams
• Key account management.
• Pre & after-sales support.
• technical discussions to proposal creation, negotiation, closing sales, as well as order
• Provide monthly sales forecast, visit plan & report and Sales Funnel & offers in CRM.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
