  • Develop long-term customer relationships and repeat business

What's In It For You?

  • This is an opportunity to take your existing data centre network into a business capable of supporting you with genuine engineering and project delivery expertise.
  • You will be selling technically sophisticated solutions rather than a commodity product and will have experienced engineering and delivery teams behind you.
  • The business is looking to grow significantly within the data centre sector and this role will have the opportunity to play a major part in that growth.
  • There is also flexibility around the package for someone who brings genuine relationships and a demonstrated track record within the market.

  • Previous BDM, Sales Engineer or technical sales experience - Essential
  • An understanding of data centre infrastructure and critical environments
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to communicate confidently with technical stakeholders
  • A proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

Your background could include HVAC, cooling, electrical, critical power, UPS, generators, controls, BMS, automation, CRAC Units or other data centre infrastructure solutions.
BMS experience would be advantageous, but data centre market experience and relationships are more important.

Salary

The salary package is negotiable based on experience and the value you can bring to the business.
For someone with established relationships and a proven record of winning work directly within the data centre sector, our client is prepared to be flexible.

If you know the data centre market, understand technical sales and can open doors with owners and operators, we would like to hear from you.
