Sales Engineer – BMS

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting BMS solutions, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical support to clients across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell BMS solutions including HVAC controls, energy management systems, and building automation systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents related to BMS.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and coordinate with the engineering and project teams.
• Follow up on project opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Support clients during project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in BMS, Building Automation sales.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation technologies.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Work Location: UAE
Travel: Within UAE as required for client meetings and site visits.
