Sales Engineer Calibration

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer Calibration with a strong technical background to drive business growth for our calibration services and test equipment in Johor. You will act as the technical bridge between our clients and our calibration laboratory, ensuring customers receive accurate measurement solutions tailored to their quality and compliance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Must have an Engineering background (Electrical/Electronic)
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable calibration services, technical solutions, and products.
• Assist customers with technical enquiries, product-related questions, and calibration requirements.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Manage the sales process and update customer and job information through CRM, calibration management systems, and sales software.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• English, BM and Mandarin speaking is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree (Required)
• M&E Background or Electrical Engineering Field Experience
• 1+ years of sales experience in the related industry.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent telephone communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
