SALES ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable technical solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and bid documents
• Assist in closing sales by addressing technical concerns and objections
• Participate in sales meetings, client visits, and negotiations

Technical Support & Solutions

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Assist in product installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing when required
• Provide basic training or technical orientation to customers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site activities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
