What they need
- Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Visit clients to introduce and promote company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure timely project execution.
- Follow up quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Submit weekly sales reports and customer visit reports.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
