About the Company
Jumps Tronic Pvt. Ltd., a part of Jumps Group, is expanding its Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. We provide end-to-end EMS solutions including PCB Assembly, Box Build, Wire Harness and System Integration.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
• Generate leads through customer visits, exhibitions, networking and referrals.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, techno-commercial discussions and quotations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Quality and Production teams.
• Build relationships with OEM/ODM customers.
• Follow up on prototypes, sample approvals and order closures.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain CRM, MIS reports and sales forecasts.
• Conduct customer presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Represent Jumps Tronic at customer meetings and exhibitions.

Requirements

• 48 years of experience in EMS/Electronics Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
• Knowledge of PCB Assembly, Box Build, Wire Harness and Electronics Manufacturing.
• Experience handling OEM/ODM customers and RFQs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of costing and commercial negotiations.
• Willingness to travel across PAN India.
