Sales Engineer

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of all sales activities within assigned market segments
• Responsible for developing and delivering annual sales growth of Busch products and services in compliance with the strategic plan.
• To liaise with customers on their vacuum requirements, promoting the company, products and application solutions. You will be personally involved in providing relevant and accurate advice to customers.
• Responsible for Sales target and budget in the dedicated Industry

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or process engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience, preferably in European/US MNC
• Familiar working with EPC and engineering company
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Independent, innovative, team player, focused on achieving challenging targets
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to cultivate and develop new sales and markets
• Strong consultative customer sales and support skills are essential
• Proactive with strong sales account management, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Able to commute to customer on daily basis. (80% of the time)
• Must own driving license and vehicle
