Sales Engineer

Salary Range: ₦750,000 – ₦900,000

Lubes Development Engineer is responsible for Lubricants’ Market Development and Selling activities in Lagos and South West zone by ensuring both Volumes and Gross Margin targets are achieved using existing and potential new customers to achieve set objectives through sales of Automotive Lubes, and other specialty products, and at the same time manage customers' receivables where credit is granted within approved company policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinate Lubricants selling activities by ensuring volumes and gross margin targets are met for the business line
2. Establish and develop proactive relationships with customers to ensure the company's Lubricants sales achieve the set targets
3. Ensure that Market Share with existing customers is maintained and increased while developing new businesses.
4. Develop at least 3no. new viable accounts every quarter with the potential to increase sales volumes of not less than 10% of the current total volumes of existing businesses
5. Ensure that Effective Management customers' receivables, where applicable, is within the approved company policy that 90% of total receivables should be within 14 days at any point in time
6. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on a variety of topics such as product applications, product efficiency, service reliability, quality, industry updates, billing, pricing etc.
