Sales Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generating and qualify new leads through market research and outreach
• Present and demonstrate product and services to potential clients
• Negotiate proposals to align with both client's needs and company's goals and objectives
• Close sales deals and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication
• Collaborate with administration and service teams to support after-sales activities
• Maintaining updated sales pipeline and database to meet annual targets.
• Provides after-sales support and develops a good rapport with customers by communicating regularly.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales and after-sales support.
• Responding to customers’ queries and concerns.
• Performs ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Work Credentials:

• Minimum of 1-year work experience in tecnhical and industrial sales / business development
• Experience in handling B2B clients in manufacturing, mining, or engineering sectors
• Involve in lead generation, market research, and sales research
• Familiar with product demostration, client visitation, and post-sales coordination
• Comfortable in doin field work and with valid driver's license.
