Sales Engineer

Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of sales experience in Construction, Retail, FMCG, F&B and Real Estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent client relationship management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related reports
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
• Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
• Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion
• Assist in contract discussions, renewals, and closing deals
