Job Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B sales opportunities and develop relationships with industrial clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechatronics, automation, and engineering solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with clients for order closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, automation, and project teams for technical requirements.
• Develop business with OEMs, EPC contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical/industrial B2B sales.
• Good understanding of mechatronics, industrial automation, robotics, SPMs, sensors, actuators, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions to customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
