Sales Engineer

Job Position:- Sales Engineer

Location:- Kochi, Kerala

Salary:- ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Experience:- 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and systems.
• Explain solar solutions, system benefits, technical specifications, and pricing to customers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with the technical/design team for system proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate technical support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and support the sales process from enquiry to closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales/technical sales.
• Interest in the solar energy/renewable energy industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
• Ability to learn and understand solar products and technical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and components.
• Knowledge of electrical concepts is an advantage.
• Good proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
