This role involves managing monthly order targets, overseeing maintenance contract activities, and driving contract renewal prospects while minimizing unit cancellations and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Meet monthly order achievement targets
- Oversee maintenance contract activities
- Execute contract renewal prospect activities
- Minimize unit cancellations
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Report to supervisor on unit portfolio progress weekly, monthly, and annually
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- High initiative and proactive in work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in high-pressure situations
- Able to establish good working relationships and coordinate with other departments
- Experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical field
- Experience working in an elevator company is an added value
- Domiciled in Bandung
