Sales Engineer

About the role

This role is within the Process Environmental Analytics business unit, focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve sales growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales growth targets
• Proactively identify potential customers, generate new leads, and convert opportunities into sales orders
• Plan and execute sales strategies assigned by Supervisor
• Execute sales activities including cold calls, customer visits, proposal presentations, sales negotiating and conclusion
• Prepare Sales Plan, Sales Pipeline, Monthly Sales Plan Report, Quarterly Performance Review Report
• Liaise with principal for commercial and technical matters
• Achieve assigned sales activities and revenue targets
• Develop proposal strategies with the Sales Supervisor
• Respond to technical clarifications and customer queries related to proposals
• Attend site surveys, technical discussions, and clarification meetings when required

About you

• Minimum Diploma Holder in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales Environment
• Preferably with working experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power industries
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Eager to learn and sound technical mind
• Experience with Gas & Liquid Analyser System will be advantages
