Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic men and women team and be part of the solution to transform the Philippines’ waste management challenges, while contributing to the advancement of the country’s infrastructure and technological development.

You will support growth initiatives across LGUs, industrial clients, and overseas markets, while gaining invaluable international business experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Senior Sales and Marketing Executives, including lead generation and client relationship management.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies.
• Support and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide technical support and consultation to clients on equipment specifications and applications.
• Coordinate with Korean technical partners for technology transfer.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pyrolysis and related equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance documents.
• Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, site visits, and training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree is a requirement but Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering background is a plus.

Experience:

• Preferrably with one (1) year of relevant experience in industrial equipment, energy sector, or mechanical engineering.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records and OJT experience in related fields are welcome to apply.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and client-facing capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, or multi-task
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
• Amenable to work full time, in flexible working hours
