Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop new clients and expand business for sheet metal & precision machining services in Malaysia.

2. Maintain key customer relationships and follow up project requirements and technical communications.

3. Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and analyze industry trends.

4. Promote company’s manufacturing solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.

5. Coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams to support order execution.

6. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.

2. 1+ years of business development or sales experience in sheet metal, machining or precision manufacturing industry.

3. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and technical specifications.

4. Candidates with experience in medical or semiconductor industry exhibitions are highly preferred.

5. Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.

6. Proactive, result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin; Malay language ability is a plus. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
