Sales Engineer

About the role

Take ownership of primary Sales Business Unit, and support assigned secondary Sales Business Unit. Establish prospects within defined business segments and participate in planning and meeting both long-term and short-term business plan goals at both strategic and tactical levels.

Key responsibilities

• Sales forecast and planning
• Analyze targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
• Research competition and develop customer-specific technical sales strategies
• Responsible for sales turnover through product specifying into target projects through Consultants, Architects or Developers
• Work closely with various departments to develop winning technical offers and participate in the preparation of bid responses based on system designs and project specification
• Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities
• Support system proposal development and proposal delivery to customers
• Provide field technical support

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Software
• Self-driven and willing to take up challenges
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Creative and resourceful individual who possess strong determination for success
• Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Class 3 Driving License is of advantage
