Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our industrial-sized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to commercial accounts in Davao City. This role involves building strong customer relationships, preparing competitive bids, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain separate lists for new prospects and existing customers
• Promote and sell industrial-sized HVAC equipment to commercial accounts
• Support solutions and designs tailored to customer requirements
• Prioritize prospect clients and customers based on potential sales volume, profitability, and timeline
• Build relationships and establish a loyal customer network to drive market growth
• Supervise and organize bid preparation to ensure accuracy in costing
• Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and project requirements
• Consider installation costs, including labor, and submit competitive bids
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
• 2 years of sales experience preferred; experience in the HVAC industry is a must.
• Familiarity with the local market is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
