Job Title : Sales Engineer

Location: Vijaywada, Hubli, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
• Technical Expertise:
• Present and demonstrate products or solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
• Customize product configurations to meet customer specifications.
• Liaise with the engineering and product development teams to address customer feedback.
• Proposal and Documentation:
• Create detailed proposals, quotations, and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Assist in contract negotiation and terms clarification.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Customer Support:
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance to customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with support teams to resolve them.
• Offer training sessions for clients on product usage and benefits.

Qualification :

* Bachelors degree in Engineering ( Civil)
