SALES ENGINEER

1. Responsible for Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter sales and other products related.
2. Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter market development.
3. Follow up with customer for any complaint if issue related to Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter.
4. Prepare quotation / tender submission.
5. Follow up the Turbine installation and assembly progress at workshop / site.
6. Identify and meet new prospects, preparation of sales proposals, make presentations when required and follow up with prospective customers.
7. Continuously monitor the market development and look for new project opportunities.
8. Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, steam turbine, decanter, or related industries.
3. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
4. Experience in handling technical sales, tender submission, and project coordination is an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of Steam Turbine, 3 Phase Decanter, rotating equipment, or industrial process systems will be preferred.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation independently.
8. Capable of handling customer complaints and providing effective follow-up solutions.
