About The Role We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can combine technical knowledge with sales and business development skills to grow the company's business in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and business opportunities in the Power/Energy sector.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer technical queries and coordinate for issue resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular CRM updates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Product Development, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years of sales experience in Power/Energy or a related industry.
• Good technical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Energy/Power sector.
• Proficiency in ZOHO CRM, MS Office, and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
