Sales Engineer

About the role

This role involves managing sample creation and production coordination for packaging and printing projects. You will work with clients to develop samples, create rendering images for approval, prepare order specifications, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Create samples according to client requirements in coordination with the sales team
• Prepare rendering images showing work progress and print sizes for client approval
• Prepare order specifications and upload sample orders into the Sales data center system
• Track raw materials and accessories, and communicate information to the sample production team
• Prepare artwork and documentation for print blocks or screen printing film orders to suppliers
• Develop rough mock-ups with the Designer team and communicate to the sample production team
• Verify accuracy of trial work and samples before delivery to clients
• Prepare stickers for sample boxes
• Coordinate communication internally and externally
• Perform other assigned tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Product Design, Manufacturing Technology, Architectural Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
• 2-5 years or more of experience in Packaging, POP Display, printing work, or material decoration design
• Able to read and write technical drawings
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, AutoCAD, and 3D SolidWorks
• Good English communication skills
• Patient and able to handle pressure well
