Sales Engineer

About the role

Sales Engineer for Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA). Owns the full revenue cycle for AEA's portfolio - solar PV, BESS, EVCS, switchgear, transformer, FDAS, and SCADA / OT-IT (serial-to-IP, substation automation). Qualify, scope, propose, negotiate and close, then hand off to engineering and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads
• Conduct technical site surveys
• Translate requirements into single-line diagrams, equipment lists and BOQs
• Develop technical-commercial proposals with the Proposal desk
• Maintain relationships across EDC, NPC, AboitizPower, SMC Power, AC Energy, GenCo, distribution utilities and industrial/commercial accounts
• Log activity in the Sales Monitor and submit a Daily Activity Report each working day

About you

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years technical/industrial sales
• Single-line diagram and datasheet reading
• Proposal and BOQ development
• Solar PV / BESS / EVCS
• Switchgear / transformer / FDAS
• SCADA / OT-IT integration
• MS Office
• Valid Philippine driver's license (must be able to drive)
• Relevant industry experience in at least one of Power Plant, Mining, Water, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage, Sugar, or Renewables
