Sales Engineer

1. Responsible for sales of PV inverters (string, central, and BESS) within the assigned region, meeting performance targets; able to independently deliver product technical presentations and provide preliminary system configuration proposals and product selection recommendations based on customer project requirements.
2. Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships with EPC contractors, PV integrators, and end-user power plant owners.
3. Collaborate with pre-sales and after-sales teams to address customers' technical inquiries regarding inverters and related equipment.
4. Monitor PV industry policies and technology trends, and regularly collect information on competitors' pricing strategies and product updates within the region.
5. Coordinate internally and follow up on order delivery schedules to ensure equipment is delivered on time according to project milestones.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, New Energy, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales and technical support for PV inverters, energy storage systems, or other power electronics equipment.
3. Familiar with the working principles of inverters and other equipment, with a technical sales mindset.
4. Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure; willing to take business trips for projects as required.
