Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and industry contacts.
Establish relationships with contractors, developers, construction firms, and project decision-makers.
Present tower crane products, technical specifications, and project solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Monitor upcoming construction projects and identify potential tower crane requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
Maintain existing accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and technical teams for project requirements.
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
