Sales Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably from Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in chemical, construction, or protective coating industries.
• Familiarity with protective coating products and field applications will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willing to travel for business visits within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including revenue and contribution margin goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients across East Java and Eastern Indonesia areas.
• Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, finance, and related departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
