Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate is a graduate of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering with strong technical knowledge and a passion for building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural equipment, machinery, and engineering solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, contractors, and other clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their operational requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BSABE).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• PRC license is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery, farm equipment, irrigation systems, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Possesses a valid driver's license (preferred).
