Sales Engineer

About the role

To support the Business Development team in identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities in core products with AI Integrated Smart Engineering Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support BD team in identifying and developing new clients
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical discussions
• Generate new leads through market research, networking and customer referrals
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships
• Follow-up enquiries, RFQs, Quotations and Project opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM/Sales Reports
• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ and tender requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for technical feasibility
• Prepare technical proposal, product selections and quotations

About you

• Diploma/Degree in any engineering field
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, AHU/FCU, Chillers Cooling Tower, Ducting, FFU and Cleanroom products
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Ability to read engineering drawings and understanding of M&E drawings, URS, Specifications and BOQ
• Basic knowledge of BMS/EMS and cleanroom standards and environmental control
• 2-5 years valuable experience in Technical/Project Sales with good presentation skills
• Target-oriented, proactive and energetic working attitude
• Good Team player and able to work independently with strong follow-up discipline
• Willing to travel to visit customers and projects
