Sales Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Automation Sales Engineer to grow our intra-logistics automation business in Singapore.

This role combines sales and marketing—approximately 50% each. You will generate leads, meet customers, propose solutions, and help build our local market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities for intra-logistics automation solutions.
• Meet customers, understand their operational needs, and prepare proposals.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Drive digital lead generation through LinkedIn, email, CRM, content, campaigns, and events.
• Help develop the Singapore go-to-market plan and recommend use of the annual marketing budget.
• Begin with selected products or market segments, then gradually expand into wider solution sales.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience is preferred, especially in logistics, warehouse automation, material handling, industrial solutions, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in automation sales and digital marketing are welcome.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a small company.
• Able to travel locally for customer meetings and events.
