WE'RE HIRING: SALES ENGINEER

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

If you have experience in tool & die, precision tooling, mould making, or the manufacturing industry and enjoy combining technical knowledge with customer interaction, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:-

• Develop new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Promote and sell FIBRO precision tooling products and solutions
• Conduct customer visits and provide technical recommendations
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Work closely with customers and provide technical support throughout the sales process, including pre-sales and after-sales service
• Travel within Malaysia and overseas when required

What We're Looking For:-

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in tool & die, precision tooling, or related manufacturing industries
• Sales experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
• Mould design knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, Independent, proactive and results-driven
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage, but not compulsory
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
