SALES ENGINEER

About the role

Serve as the primary contact person for client concerns, inquiries, and requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues. Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements and expectations. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Support sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen customer engagement.

About you

• Engineering Graduate
• Experience in Manufacturing field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or account management (entry to mid-level roles)
• Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and relationship management
• Strong communication skills, negotiation, data analysis, and forecasting
