Sales Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in the chemical or industrial sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of chemical products, processes, and industrial applications.
• Good understanding of Export-Import (EXIM) procedures, including shipping documentation, customs regulations, and international trade.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits, business development, and overseas business trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new export markets and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Achieve export sales targets and expand international business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and provide technical sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams on production planning, logistics, and export documentation.
• Conduct overseas business trips to visit customers, distributors, and participate in exhibitions or business meetings.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Willing to travel for business—both domestically and internationally—and participate in client entertainment activities, including business meals and casual drinks, as required.
