Sales Engineer

Conveying and Packaging Co., Inc. is looking for Sales Engineers to bridge the gap between our technical products and the clients. You'll partner with the sales team to understand prospect requirements, deliver compelling technical demonstrations, and design solutions that solve real business problems. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves translating complex technology into clear business value!

About the Role:

• As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a technical and consultative resource for clients, helping them identify the right equipment and systems to meet their production, quality, and traceability needs.

Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (BSBA), BS Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience - Background in packaging, printing, or a related industry; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge/Technical Areas

Familiarity with product marking and coding, inspection, and automation equipment, including:

• Marking and Coding: Continuous inkjet printers, thermal transfer overprinters, large character inkjet printers, laser coders (CO2, Fiber, UV), label print-and-apply systems.
• ***Inspection Equipments:***Checkweighers, metal detectors, x-ray machines.
• Automation: Systems integration, vision systems, track and trace.

Industries Served

• Food, beverage, snacks, building materials, wire and cable, and logistics.
