Sales Engineer

About the role

A sales role focused on product sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets through field visits and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product sales and routine client visits
• Actively identify and map new potential clients and expand networks across various industry sectors
• Create quotations, conduct follow-ups, and negotiate with clients
• Perform direct field inspections to provide accurate technical solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Prepare sales activity reports, client visit records, and project pipeline status for management
• Coordinate with internal teams (operational, engineering, and logistics) to ensure smooth product delivery and installation

Qualification :

• Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer in rotating equipment or similar industrial products.
• Understanding of the technical fundamentals of products such as pumps, mechanical seals, and industrial spare parts.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Having a valid driving license and being a proficient driver.
• Preferably residing in the Jakarta/West Java area.
