Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role located in Johor Bahru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible to introduce new headcount for System Integrator and Machine OEM market. Develop and support sales activities in the automation sector. Building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their requirements, recommending solutions, and following opportunities to secure orders.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good understanding of Industrial Automation & Robotics Market
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred but not a must

What we need from you

• Willing to travel (Start from Johor Bahru and to the rest of strategic cities in SEA, and yes you need to process your own transport)
• Willing to learn (The most important)
• Hitting sales target (Sounds scary but not so in reality)
• Market Coverage for Johor Bahru region. Product Coverage for TEM Automation products
• New customer development, existing customer management and Technical Sales and product recommendation
• To achieve monthly and yearly sales target set by management
