Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the industrial automation, SPM, and engineering services sector. You will identify new sales leads, pitch our technical capabilities to prospective manufacturing clients, and nurture long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities across manufacturing and automotive sectors.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships with plant heads, maintenance managers, and engineering leads.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to our automation and machine-building solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial quotations, follow up on pending proposals, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B technical sales, or engineering services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
