Sales Engineer

About the role

This is a Sales Engineer position focused on promoting and selling sound & vibration, test & measurement and condition monitoring products and solutions. You will develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell sound & vibration, test & measurement and condition monitoring products and solutions
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer discussions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical documentation
• Provide pre-sales and basic technical support
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver the right solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

About you

• Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines
• Engineering background with an interest in sound & vibration, acoustics, testing, instrumentation etc.
• Candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply, even without an engineering background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially driven with a passion for customer engagement
• Willing to learn technical products and applications
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required
