About the role

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. Your role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating product solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency
• Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns
• Tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget, including preparing financial reports
• Work with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to clients
• Assist in developing sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives by preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Civil Engineering
• Preferably with experience in Construction Industry
• Must have a driver's license and know how to drive a motorcycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong personality with good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Honest, hardworking, and highly organized
• Can handle the pressure of timelines and deadlines
• Must be mature and professional
