Sales Engineer

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support business development and customer engagement for our Crane/ Marine & Port Components business. The role involves customer visits, identifying new business opportunities, understanding technical requirements, and promoting suitable products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and promote company products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with crane owners/ fleet operators /marine companies /port operators / contractors or industrial customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate crane/ marine & port / lifting /rigging or related components.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support order closure.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and supply chain teams for timely execution of orders.
• Conduct market visits and identify potential customers and projects.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support the team in maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Preferred Experience

• The ideal candidate must have 1–4 years of experience in B2B / industrial sales.
• Should be technically inclined, confident in customer interactions, willing to travel, and passionate about building a career in industrial/technical sales.
• Experience with crane, marine, port, or lifting-related products will be an added advantage.
