Founded in 2005, Surtek Industrial Machinery provides tailored solutions in deburring, polishing, surface cleaning, and degreasing for a wide range of industries. Starting with the jewelry sector, we have expanded our expertise to serve industries such as automotive components, medical prosthetics, pharmaceuticals, defense, textiles, tooling, optical, and watchmaking, where precision surface treatment is critical. With a growing customer base, we are looking for a ''Sales Engineer'' to join our team.

Location: Istanbul / Bahçelievler

What Are the Responsibilities of a "Sales Engineer" at Surtek?

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers,
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand the customer portfolio,
• Follow up on quotations, convert them into sales, and help achieve sales targets,
• Perform regular customer and field visits,
• Monitor payment plans and delivery schedules,
• Plan sales activities and report to relevant departments,
• Attend domestic and international trade fairs.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
• Willing and able to travel for regional visits,
• Curious, eager to learn, and confident,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• Valid driver’s license and active driving skills,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
