Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years minimum B2B industrial sales experience, preferably selling generator set units or other heavy industrial equipment.
• Strong sales and marketing knowledge with the ability to deliver tailored technical-commercial solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia for customer visits, market development, and insight gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis, develop strategies, and create action plans to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to expand business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals based on customer technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams on specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular customer visits, follow up on enquiries, actively sell our products, and promote other products catered by Company wherever there is an opportunity to do so.
• Meet sales targets and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
